Minted New simple web site

We are bringing a new retail product to market and want a new web site building using the photoshop templates we have already designed, so its just a case of building a simple 5 page site around the already designed pages. We can supply all detail in photoshop plus photos as required. We would like a price for reasonbly static site with page navigation buttons only plus email pop up on contact page/Web link and then an alternative price for :- Page 1, Ribbons to move as if blown by fan, Page 2. Clcik pack to shake, Click button on click pack to move inward and mints drop from bottom. Work to commence immediately upon tender being accepted.

We will require access codes etc to Web site once finished to update text or photos as and when necessary.
