522027 Design needed for real estate website

I need a template (PSD + html) for a real estate website. Details: 1 - STRUCTURE - we want the following structure: top header & menu, left content area, right sidebar, bottom footer. 2 - COLOR SCHEME - we want a nice & clean color scheme. We like caribbeanestate DOT nl and would like something similar white & blue) BUT different in some ways of course ( 3 - LOGO & HEADER - we want the same logo as on caribbeanestate DOT nl used. As for the header, I have an idea of seeing the map of Aruba (sattelite view) with some keys in different places on it. Of course, other good ideas are welcome (it is a real estate business in Aruba island). 4 - top MENU - Home, About Us, Services, For Sale, Testimonials, Contact 5 - RIGHT SIDEBAR - with 2 boxes, "Featured Properties" where we display 1 thumb, and the following texts for each of the 3 listings "3 bedrooms", "2 bathrooms", "pool" one under another. 6 - BOTTOM FOOTER - "Copyight To X" - centered VERY IMPORTANT: a. I need to see your mockup(s) (one or more) before selecting a bid. ANY BID WITHOUT A MOCKUP WILL BE DELETED. b. You can watermark your mockups with the text "watermark" -> I am not interested in stealing any work, my boss will pick the winner and I'll go ahead and select the designer who provided the winning mockup. c. Please don't bid over our budget. d. DON'T SEND US your whole life resume. We are not interested in reading that. Just tell us when you'll send the mockup so that we know and wait for you. Otherwise we will just ban you and delete your bid. I'll be waiting for the mockups in the next 48-72 hours maximum.
