Dating Website Template, 1 page html + design

I am looking for a design and 1 page website done in HTML and CSS for a Dating Website.

It will be a casual dating website and must contain the following in code and on the front page.

1, SEO Text, Meta Tags, Page Title, etc (the usual good stuff for search engines.

2, Latest members feed (member photos of the latest members to join the site)

3, Quick search Box (looking for.....Aged......In.....)

4, Join for free Button

5, Login Button

I have the widget code for option 2 (latest members), I will send to the winning person, which can be customised to match site, I also have the widget code for option 3 (quick search), again will be sent, this can also be customised to match site. I also have the widget code for option 5 (loginbox), this will be sent, can also be customised to match site.

I would like it kept quite simple, but good to look at, pictures of a couple maybe, not too feminine, It must contain a header part the main page and a footer.

The header Image needs to be 760px wide and between 140px and 170px high.

The footer Image needs to be 760px wide and between 70px and 140px high.

This site will be themed around Babes, the sitename is [url removed, login to view], but will be for both men and women looking to meet up, so if a design could be built around that then great.

All files including the HTML page and photoshop files for main page, header and footer (or whatever you are doing it in) will be sent to me afterwards

The site, code, design, etc, will all be owned by me with copyright after completion and I should be able to edit all code in the 1 page site as well as the layered created file, so I can change is necessary.

This should be a very simple job for a designer to do, I have never done a dating site before, so cannot tell if this will work, so only have a budget of $50 to find out.

Please only bid if you are confident you can do this, as I cannot afford to try again. I will send all the further code and info for successful person.
