Data retrieval (mining) and re-posting

I use an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) program that I access online and do not have proprietary access to. In face of HIPPA (confidentiality) rules, I cannot allow a worker/coder random access to the program. When I have completed posting an encounter, I save its contents as a PDF. When the same person returns to be seen again, the program requires that I re-enter much of the same information. Usually, little of it changes. I would like to be able to take the appropriate data from the PDF and have it populate the fields in the EMR program. The EMR program presents the required fields one screen at a time. Some screens have multiple fields, usually with drop-down lists. After an entry is made, the user is prompted to save and continue. The program that I am looking for would need to be able to mine (?) the data from the PDF and enter it into each field and proceed to the next screen after saving its entry. I would then review the populated fields and edit what I need to change. I have attached a rundown of the first screens to give an idea of what I will need There are many more screens/selections that must be made
