Web Developer

An international packaging manufacturer requires a web developer to carry forward an existing project. This is not a legacy project and requires ongoing development to enhance business effectiveness. We are looking for a person with excellent skills in PHP and in particular maintaining relational databases (MySQL) preferred)-DBA skills are a strong benefit. The new elements of the project will involve extension and integration of an existing MIS written in PHP with mobile hardware based on advanced Pocket PC platforms. Additional skills required will be strong javascript, confidence in XML and XSLT and good awareness of business rule implementation using OOP techniques. Location:Abergavenny/Newport/South Wales preferred. Option to work off site/from home is available for parts of the project.
