Web Based SMS Marketing Platform

London based SMS startup company looking for developer to write a "best in class" SMS marketing platform, a database driven web application that allows our customers to manage their contact lists, and send SMS campaigns to customers. Platform to be built alonside existing MqSQL/Java SMS ordering system. Technical skills & experience needed: We are open to suggestions on the technology used although must have experience of interactive technologies eg Ajax, Flex. Also, preferably looking for someone who has experience of building contact management platforms.
