Plivo Integration -- 2

We want to integrate Plivo into our Student Management System to make/receive phone calls and send/receive SMS. There will be Call/SMS button on each phone number on student's profile without showing full phone number because we have hide last four digits of phone numbers. There will be Dailar to put phone number to make calls.
