Teach me how to I edit the tooltips of the MACROS of this MS Word document

I have this MS Word file document, in it there is a customized new tab called "Complementos" in English it means: "Complements, or accesories", it is the last tab.

I am not sure if the name of the tab changes according to the language you use on MS Word. But it is indeed the last tab.

On the ribbon of that tab we only have several buttons for different macros, and what I need is to be able to edit what is written on the tooltips of those buttons.

The tooltip is the small text inside the small rounded rectangle, that appears after you hover the mouse pointer over the macro button.

For instance, the "select mutiple" button, shows a tooltip that says:

"Moodle Add Multiple Choice Q"

I need to edit those tooltips, because I need to add better explanations and I need to be able to improve those explanations over the time. Also I need to write the tool tips on Spanish.

So, in short I want to have the capability to edit said tooltips.

I attached some images so you see what I mean. Also I attached the said MS Word file, too.

Now, I need you to know that I have tried many ways to change the tooltips myself, but they haven't worked.

So I need that you download the MS Word file and try to change the tooltips, once you have managed to change the tooltips text:

Then I need you to send the file, with the tooltips changed, to me, you can write whatever you want on the tooltip (which will be of no use to me as I need to edit the tooltips myself), I just want to be certain that you indeed know how to change the tooltips.

I will then grant you the project, deposit the money as scrow.

Then you will tell me how did you do it, and teach me to do it myself.

I have basic/intermediate level understanding of Visual Basic, so I am sure I will understand it, I have already open the macro code on the tab view, but I haven't been succesful in changing the tooltip text.

And ONLY when I am able to change the tooltips myself , and only then, I will pay and give a great review.
