VB6 EXPERT REQUIRED

I have a VB6 program used by me for my small firm but i need to add biometrics to it, so that it can automatically save fingerprints from my dermalog fingerprint scanner or any other finger print scanner i use in the future apart from dermalog.

The VB6 app should be able to do the following :

1. Control the fingerprint scanner to take fingerprints

2. Save the fingerprint scanned

3. Able to automatically detect if a fingerprint scanned exist or does not exist in the database before. If should check all fingerprint in the database to detect if new fingerprint is a duplicate or not.

4. Able to automatically detect if a passport photograph scanned exist or does not exist in the database before. If should check all passport photograph in the database to detect if new passport photograph is a duplicate or not.

5. Able to compare a new passport photograph and display other passport photograph that looks similar to the selected one, this would allow the app suggest relatives with similar faces in passport photographs.

I need this done urgently and by someone very very capable in VB6.0
