Need .net controls made.

I need a programmer to create me a set of controls for .net. They must be able to used in C# and VB.net and must be toolbox controls. Basically the controls I need are the simple controls built into the framwork....Except for one difference they must be able to skinned with images. Both Bitmap and vector. So all they are is the same thing except they must be able to be customized with images. Here is the contols I need: Custom Messagebox Radio Button Checkbox Slider/Trackbar Progressbar Scrollbars Both Horizontal and vertical Listview Context Menu Toolbar Notification Menu Combobox Tab control Accordion menu So with those in mind you must understand that they need to work the same except I need that extra level of UI customization that graphics can provide. Basically each component of the control can be replaced by an image. Examples would be Scrollbars: The actual scroller would be able to be replaced by and image, the track underneath, and each arrow on the side could be replaced. Checkbox: Both the actual check and the background should be able to be replaced with images. Their should also be the option to use the control without images using the standard design. Each control must have the ability to change the images in the properties. You can use any opensource projects, heck you could even pull every control off code project as long as their is the ability to skin them with BOTH bitmap an Vector based images. As long as they meet these specs and they arent full of bugs then I am happy. You could also inherit the existing controls and add those abilities. I would also like the ability to double buffer them aswell. Incase they dont refresh properly. Please give me a price quote and anything too crazy will not even be considered. Lowest bid will take it, provided they are qualified. Like I said you can use any OPEN source projects/controls as long as all source is provided.
