Xl macro needed to compare 3 files and mark modified rows/ b

Very Important.

1) File 1, File 2
Unit codes, Time, Date
We get from time to time new file that we want to compare to the one that we have and colour in the new file marking changes ( change info, add row, delete row)
2) FILE 3 The second file has Session Codes. Start and End time.
File 2 has detail records. Those records fall in a session period.
In one day you have a session 0900 to 1500 . If a Unit instead of starting at 0900 starts at 0615. Then Session time must change accordingly.
So for all sports that do have changes only a comparison should run
3) File 4 has information of File 1,2 in a different format. For all changes in file 2 respective rows should be coloured so user can do the changes as well.
STUDY WELL THE CASE, ASK ANY QUESTIONS THAT NEED TO BE CLARIFIED, MAYBE AN INTERIM FILE NEEDS TO BE DEVELOPED.
DO NOT SEND GENERAL PROPOSAL WITHIOUT STUDYING THEY WILL JUST BE IGNORED.
