I'm an owner of Digital Agency and I have a couple of employees. I have also invested in a business and I need to keep checking with them regularly for financial performance. I'm the boss, so, there is no one who would keep me accountable. I have so much potential but I need someone who calls me every day and motivates me to get things done, help me set priorities for the day, check if I completed the task, ask me if I don't complete the task, etc. Things a coach would do to sportsmen. In short, - Video Call every day - Help me set priorities for the day - Keep me accountable and track my performance - Keep all the conversations secret and listen to my problems. - Undivided Attention when on call Apply only if you can commit to calling me every day even on holidays. The preferred communications channel is WhatsApp or Telegram.
