Virtual assistance / paralegal (30-40 hours per week)

Seeking a virtual assistant between the hours of 8am - 6pm Sydney time, Monday's to Friday. Must have fast and unlimited internet (capable to do video chat), i.e. at least 5mbps. It is essential that you have a quiet private room from which to work remotely. Do not apply unless you have a quiet and private location from which to work. Details: Specifically the successful applicant will ideally be a paralegal or current law student, hopefully in your penultimate year, at any University - please upload a copy of your student ID card to be considered for this role. Duties will involve drafting a range of legal documents and using your legal research and other student legal skills plus general administration, inbound and outbound calling and other tasks and helping out the practice director with a range of support services. You need to be confident, fluent in English (with excellent English writing and clear english speaking), have an effective telephone manner, have solid legal skills, be punctual and reliable, have high speed internet, generally be able to work Australian business hours (i.e. 830am-530pm Sydney time with some flexibility to accommodate any study commitments). If you have worked previously in a call centre environment (with supervision experience) - that may also be an advantage.
