We are a team of two needing a VA to handle our incoming Live Chat tickets, Scheduling client follow ups and planning our work days.
You will be assigned a list of tasks that need to be done and it will be your job to plan our day around it.
Example : Website features need to be built, You would have done some chats and figured out which clients need to be called back and it will be your job to find time slots within the day for time to do tasks we need and schedule clients callbacks for us
Another large part would be doing tickets and troubleshooting with customers, Paid training time would be included.
Client has an issue adding an account to our platform, You will need to greet them, Thank them for waiting and try find an article to send them, Figure out what steps they’ve done and any error messages they’re getting - If they need something more complex you can bring it to our staff but generally step following with the clients would need to be done.
