We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to help out with Customer Support. Basically responding to emails with pre-typed answers and forwarding important emails to the correct person.
To be a good fit for this position - you must be kind, friendly, punctual, RELIABLE, RESPONSIBLE... basically, you're gonna show up on time, respond quickly and politely to other members of the team and to our customers.
For non-native English speakers - you must speak, read and write English at a high school level or higher.
