My client is a small Electrical Services company who needs a Customer Service Rep / Answering Service to answer company phone calls and route the messages to the right employees. The ideal professional will be BILINGUAL have an excellent command of ENGLISH and SPANISH languages, have a pleasant and friendly voice, have great phone manners, be very polite and take detailed messages.
WORK HOURS: She must answer calls between 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time (Florida, USA) from Monday to Friday. We will be making random calls to verify the quality of her calls and responsiveness.
Her phone line must be clear and crisp. There CANNOT be any background noises of any kind (no children, dogs, animals, car traffic, etc.). She must answer calls in a quiet environment.
We will train and provide specific instructions and scripts. She will also need to do occasional data entry and other office tasks.
Our client has a budget of $100 per month as an ongoing project.
If the Customer Service Rep does well, we may give her additional tasks for additional pay.
THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME POSITION. The Customer service Rep may perform activities for other clients in between calls. This position is meant to be SUPLEMENTAL INCOME, and NOT A FULL-TIME SALARY.
