We are seeking an administrative/virtual assistant with experience in writing and communications to help: Assist with drafting and sending letters Assist with making follow-up calls/sending emails Responding/forwarding emails Managing updates in our pipelines (Google Sheets) Candidate should be an outgoing, detail-oriented professional, with a pleasant, friendly phone manner. Must have strong writing and customer service skills. Experience in assisting with pitches and sales is a plus. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills Strong proficiency with Google Drive programs- Sheets, Docs, Slides Attention to detail Critical Thinker Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat Strong work ethic
