Job Description: I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage incoming calls and emails, schedule events, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations. Hey, I have a little project for someone. Hopefully this will be ongoing and lead to other similar long term work. As stated I would like a virtual assistant. I am in the process of starting a small home & office CLEANING business. I am in need of someone that can ANSWER THE PHONE and BOOK APPOINTMENTS for cleaning through my website (very easy). The site will be able accept a cleaning appointment and process the order. I would also like this person to be able to make a handful of LEAD GENERATION CALLS to real estate agents and other small business owners. Therefore someone who is very friendly on the phone and knows how to push the sale is preferred . Your responsibilities: - Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others - Inbound call appointment setting - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online and on Elance Work View during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - Good English - Able to work regular hours between 8am-6pm EST (Toronto)
