need an amazing video editor for fast work, easy

I need a two-minute video in which my daughters appear to be speaking, but it's my voice coming out of their mouths. So I'll be sending you two parts. One part is an audio file of me speaking. Another part is a series of video files of my kids lip-synching various parts of what I'm saying in that audio file. What I need is for one single video to be made, bringing all their videos together in the proper order, synced to my speaking voice in the background. The whole video won't be more than two minutes long. I'll send you the script of what I say in the audio file, and I'll also tell you the order in which my kids' individual videos should be placed on the video editor timeline. So it's just a matter of lining up their mouth movements with my words. i need it in the next 4 hours
