Please find below some details of the project : We want realistic 3d artist impression with interior/exterior , 3d Floor Plans/Site Plan/Google Location Plan with 3D Rendering and Modelling of whole project and of each unit. 2d Drawings (for construction) and files AutoCAD, photos exterior, landscape garden area, images of some space and table listing of furniture and fittings. JPEG, PNG, PDF, SKP, MAX, DWG formats and other compatible formats. Please note the project will be on a land situated on beachfront of land area of approximately 1A75. There is an abandoned hotel of 66 rooms on the land which we want to convert into (approximate) 21 high end Appartments and 2 luxury villas and a dental clinic and a boat house and a beach restaurant and a tourist shop. Please find attached a spreadsheet info of the Project Plan, Location plan and CAD file of existing. This can and should be improved. Your valuable suggestions much appreciated. Once project awarded will send by email some pictures and a drone video of the existing location and any other pertaining information. With the above information provided please advise us what is your proposal for the project? Looking forward to hear from you soon.

Hello, I've gone though your project details and it is an interesting project. As an Architect, I would be able to design the renovation layouts with drawings and 3d views. Kindly share with me a site plan please, to get a complete idea of the site extent and arrangement & relation of the existing buildings, since they are divided into certain blocks as can be seen from the autocad file provided.
