We are looking for a professional solution for IPTV/DVB-C headend transcoding system that uses GPU performacne to transcode video. Running on linux based machiine. Requirements: Input and Output is UDP multicast that must be in DVB Standards. Static MUXing is needed. VRB and CBR with absolute minimal floating bandwidth! Also MPTS Static muxing. Video and audio source selection from MPTS. Transcoded services output as MPTS with max mux bandwidth. Multiple audio streams and EPG passthrough. Multiple channel transcoding in same HW. Support NVIDIA QUADRO QPU for video transcoding acceleration. Autorestart transcoding if failure. (watch dog). Minimize CPU usage Maximize GPU usage. Must contains as much configuralble functions as it is possible (for eg buffers, gpu setting, profile settint, profile). Config must run on Simple web interface that we cas see running transcoding servicer with current bandwidth. Our purpose is to reach 3,5Mbit fix video bandwith for excelent video quality on cable tv network.

We can implement a ffmpeg / NVENC transcoding solution that can transcode up to 20 HD channels per GPU (Quadro M4000), w/ very low CPU usage. Less tan 10% per core. The output can have a fixed bandwidth (CBR) and broadcasted over multicast. A very clear control panel is available to manage and change transcoding settings, including encoding profiles than can run over each stream to create multiple outputs whit different transcode configurations. We also offer 4u servers than can tune, transcode and record up to 120 tv channels , and a propetary DRM encryption over HLS whit user control and usage metering (Simultaneous players per client, usage limit per hours or bandwidth) Our app for android, ios and web offers a solution to watch live tv in a clear and easy way.
