Create short video for Youtube, with animation or stock footage

I am looking for someone to create a 4 minute explainer video, using either animation (whiteboard) or stock footage with some overlay text. I will provide the voice and music, it has to be well syncronized. All the materials used should be copyright free.

Here are two examples, I want something like this:

If it works out well, we will continue collaborating, I will make several videos like this each week.

Knowing Romanian is not mandatory, but would be a plus.
