Animate-Edit-Shoot a App Promo Videos

I am looking for someone who is really good with video editing, shoot and direction. This is for a App Promo video. The idea is to make a App Promo Video and App Explainer video for in-App promo and visibility.
The main video for at least 1-2 mins, will have all information, edits and shots to showcase the app, using the app and stock footages. The other videos would be cut short from the main video. Thus only editing part would be required here. These smaller videos would go on social media and youtube and inside App.
For reference: Download Snapchat and Musically and PicsArt App on App Store and Play Store, see how their promo videos are on the app and on YouTube.
If the work is really good we would take you onboard as a video partner for all our videos. Being a startup, the budget is a big constraint, hence quote the most feasible price and share your portfolio in messages to me.
P.S. - This video is only for Indian freelancers. Better if you are in Delhi/NCR.
