I need a paid-test animated video created for an ongoing relationship

So here's what i need: a test video of 30-60 seconds animated video using a script that i'll do (maybe improve it together). Based on that test video we are going to establish an ongoing relationship because I want to start a video creation business.I have experience in video creation and editing but never done animation or video in motion. The relationship will not mean that you will work as an employee so you will have the option to do your own stuff but I get top priority for the projects we develop together (your cut could be somewhere between $500-5000/month (estimation)). I can provide voice over so if you bid just on the animation created then mention this fact. Price is important (for test and the ongoing work). You are biding only on the test video but also mention the price/minute that you are willing to accept if we establish this connection. Previous samples are a plus. Only individuals... not companies!
