Create 2 minute Children Animated Videos, such as Nursery Rhymes etc

Hi and thank you for taking a look at this page. What I basically need is for someone to create a short animated video (nursery rhymes) for kids. Basically if you go to youtube and type 'nursery rhymes', that is exactly what I am looking for. Except the nursery rhymes I will give you will be in a different language and I will write them down so you can understand what the nursery rhyme is about and how to time the video according to the voice.
