Commercial Video for startup in Miami- must be funny

Commercial Video needed. I am from the Miami Area and need a person in South Florida to create a commercial for a startup. Commercial will be used for online markering and maybe some TV marketing. Criteria: Must be funny Brand messaging The initial launch is targeted for South Florida so a local would be great. I am looking to start off small and hopefully grow into a large scale business, future work if likely but not promised. Details about the business can not be discussed without an NDA agreement. An NDA and letter of intent will be needed prior to discussion about details and start of the work.
