I'm the Northern Beaches in Sydney and can help you put together something like this. I charge 33.33/hour, I've already got a few ideas for you that will help. I've also noticed you put up a project for photo's of homes in Sydney. I'll copy & paste this onto your other project so you can see both. But this is what I'm thinking may be the best option for you!

Buy a GoPro (you don't need the newest one but one that is great for time lapse is the 7. $500) and a few mounts (suction mount and a monopod), these you can mount any where on your site. They take 1min to set-up at places you want to film and edit. I would show you how-to and give you simple basics etc. Rather than getting me to film all the jobs you want is not cost-effective and also very time consuming. Having a GoPro means you can film anything anywhere, and use it yourself on the weekends.
With this footage, you can send it to me and I can edit it as you go. After initial training for you and your team, you would only be paying for editing and turn-around for 30sec clips, depending on day could be quicker than 24hours. Most likely 2-3 days.
for photos:
We can work an arrangement for photos for jobs of your choosing, before & after shots. These are great for social media before 7 afters, even website promotional material. We would want to know as much in advance for photo's.
