build me a game app android, 2d game app , must be good of hand and touch configuration , inputting alot of effects as well, and google adwords/marketing as well

so i want to build this 2d app game for android. must be mad in unity engine this 2d game uses alot of touch and hand movement by the player , so alot of Ai and and physical game mechanics need to be spot on , no lags or bugs in game this game will be level based so must be able to configure levels for the game so we want the game to be bright and colourfull , mostly intened for kids and adults musyt be able to configure google admob to the game any help in the marketing side can be a bonus to you as well this game is a 2d game which player must find everything before time runs out / also if you have good skills and great imagination ideas so what we could input more will be considered for the game as well. game doc will be supplied as well and draft and sketch for game for more information please do ask and questions thanks
