NordicId Morphic RFID reader-writer

We are a volunteer association that works in soprt events as timeskeeper. recently we started to use RFID technology for BIB detection and we have a NordicID Morphic hand device able to detect dogbone transponder We are looking for programmers able to create an interface in Windows CE able to detect chip passings, store them and send them via bluetooth and\or wi-fi As volunteer, we're looking for pro-bono partners
