Static .net Core project with Bootstrap 4 with only two pages

I need a very simple .net Core project with 2 only two pages and one layout. Pages are mostly tables that need to be resposive. The project needs the latest version of Bootstrap 4 and .net Core 2.2 No server side data, data can be hardcoded, I am looking for the bootstrap design mainly and the responsive views. 1) The layout includes a nav bar with a brand logo and the name of my store, it has also a dropdown in the right with the name of the user, when users click on it, they should see three links. When the screen gets resized, the name should hide and we only show the arrow down. The image and the size of the font of my store name should resize accordingly. 2) The first page called Dashboard has a search button and two side-by -ide tables with a divider in between. Each tables has three to four columns with zebra colors and some icons. In a responsive view, both tables stack 3) Then a second page called my products which has a table grouped by location. The responsive view should show in portrait mode as many columns as possible but if they switch to landscape all the columns should appear. There should be some indicator that tells the user that they can switch to landscape to see all columns. This item is important. I have some sketches of how the pages need to look. If you are a bootstrap expert these pages will be done in a couple of hours. Again I don't need data, but I do need the view and layout in .net core 2.2 Sketches will be added to the assigned developer.
