Our medical device is ready to be launched but it currently only supports English. All the menus and messages in the device are in English. We would like to translate all those messages/menus to 5 new languages: French, German, Spanish, Russian and Italian.
This project isn't huge and we're talking about 150 words max per language...
You don't need to know all five languages to get accepted. You can specialize in at least one of them and we'll give you the responsibility for that language only. Make your offer respectively to the number of languages you offer to translate.
We already translated the screens to all these languages, however we want someone to go over those translations and validate that they are correct.
Also, some words and phrases that have been translated are too long and we would like you to come up with a shorter reasonable translation that makes sense. For example, the phrase "Calibration Check" might translate to Russian or German in a very long manner that won't fit the button on the screen. So we expect you to think of something else that would fit such as: "Accuracy test" or "Check Device" etc... (not in English but in the other language of course).
