HI, iam siva. i have read your description and I am so interested in this project. I can create high detailed 3d Models and render them in photo realistic quality. I can update you throughout the project so that you can also see the progress . Regarding the electrical goods, I would need sketches or good quality reference images for both interiors and exteriors. (since you want interiors too) . and it would be better if you have a plan so i can get the measurement from it. ( I can work without that but for accuracy, scale is a must) . everything else you have explained is enough. but i need more info on product .I basically work in 3DS max and V-ray but also skilled in maya,c4d and sketchup. i can deliver the product in any format, rigging is not that hard when it comes to electronics. there is only some basic rigging needed. please provide further details . you can check out some of the works i did in my portfolio or please visit wickdart.deviantart.com. I assure you timely delivery with maximum quality and detail. half of these bidders are not serious, you can see it from their amount and time. please don't waste your time and money choosing the wrong one.
