Necesito realizar un render arquitectónico del siguiente proyecto (adjunto ubicación en google maps, una idea que me gusta mucho y el terreno)
Idea: Edificio de departamentos de 4 pisos (1 departamento por piso) cada uno con una pequeña alberca y solar. Estacionamiento en el primer piso para 4 vehículos (1 por departamento). El nombre de los departamentos es One3 (referente a "Un árbol"). La idea es dejar el árbol que se encuentra en el terreno e integrarlo al diseño.
Elementos: Metal, madera, cristales.
Por el momento no tengo las dimensiones del terreno pero próximamente las tendré. Pero aproximadamente es de 15m x 15m.
