The BIM Model which I'm creating will be 100% compatible with Revit,your architects and engineers can import the family into their model seamlessly. For checking, Instead of checking the created family in PDF, you can install Tekla BIM sight (Freeware) to check the model. The price which you quoted is less for this work. I have 7 years experience working primarily with Revit everyday. I have worked on numerous different types of vertical construction and focused on complete hotel remodels including every furnishing for the past 4 years. When working on the hotels it was my responsibility and mine alone to model the entire building from old prints when available and then make any changes to the layout to represent the remodel. From the new model I produced all of the construction documents and renders. I also created Revit families for every furnishing throughout the whole hotel. These included all of the furniture, lighting, appliances, if it was going in the hotel I created a family to represent it in the model. Simultaneously I have also handled all BIM coordination, product creation and placement for a security firm. I have created literally thousands of Revit families for every kind of furniture imaginable. I opened your AutoCAD file and it looks like a pretty straightforward piece. I could probably model that in an hour or so. I'm extremely interested in working with you and forming an ongoing relationship to model all of your pieces.
