Build me a 3D model, based on existing CAD model and diagrams

We are in need of a skilled 3D modeller who can take an existing CAD model of our product and place it within a purchased 3D model of a ship. Our product is an exhaust gas scrubbing device for ships. We need to modify a 3D model of a cargo ship to have the device added as it would be in the real world. We then need to connect the exhaust pipes from the engines to the device, and from the device to the exhaust stack. We do not need high resolution detail on the ship or connecting components - connecting screws, detailing etc. We will just need to show gas passing through them and they need to be approximately the correct dimensions and placing. We will then take this 3D model to a production house to produce a product video showing the product working. If the person who does this job has good experience in this area, we would be interested in discussing once the model is complete. The tasks could be viewed as : - Extract a 3D model from the AutoCAD .dwg file we have of the product. - Modify the purchased 3D model of a container ship to then add the scrubber to. - Add the engines into the ship. We can discuss this - but the engines can be a very approximate model of a ship engine. - Add connecting pipes We expect to need to make some amends to get the exact positioning of elements correct. We need a person who has good language skills so we can discuss the requirements in more detail before starting. We also expect this job to require at least one round of amends to get the placement correct. Ideally we are looking for someone to start straight away.
