Blender: Retopologize / decimate hard surface topology to low poly

Hello!
I have attached a screenshot. Please look at the attached screenshot first.
I have a great .blend file of a hard surface model.
It show an RPG and a rocket.
The geometry is very nice, but much too dense.
I'm looking for somebody how can create a lower tris version of this blend file.
It should be 3k tris only.
You should use Smooth Shading to make edges smooth.
If you like such work because you think it's like a puzzle and good for meditiation, please send me a message.
You should be able to start working on this right now.

I can retopologize it in 2 days or I could unwrap it and bake a normal map for all the details in 3 days.
