Creation of accurate night time sky with variations for light polution

Generate an astronomically accurate mid summer and mid winter night time sky from a specific location in the United States with 7 variations for different levels of light pollution. Sequences must be rendered in 4K and must show accurate star locations, relative brightness/intensity, Milky Way and constellations. Before project is awarded a sample rendering is required of a night sky with no ambient light pollution to show proof of capability.
Rendered sequences will be less than 15 seconds each. Each of the 7 sequences will show reduction is visible stars based on ambient light pollution levels.
Only capable 3D animators with proven portfolios and required sample file will be considered.
