ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN AND MODELING | PART I

I made a topography of a site with basic models of what's needed and i will be needing the following for Phase I of the project: 1- you will need to build a ramp and stairs in the site model provided in Rhino which can be saved for 3dsmax as well . 2- You will need to build the 3d model building ( only conceptual, no need for specific sizes, texture, or renderings at this point ) BUT it will need to sit in the specific place on the project. So you will be given a general height and dimension to work off of for the building . Ramp and stairs are Standards. SO THAT IS BASICALLY IT FOR PART I. THING YOU NEED TO DO | REQUIRE BEFORE YOU BID ******************** ONLY BID IF YOU ARE AN ARCHITECT OR DESIGNER AND HAVE IDEAS AND CREATIVITY TO SOLVE DESIGN ISSUES AND NOT NEEDING A HAND HOLDING THROUGH OUT PROJECT******* 1- The project is due in 2 days. 2- The budget is 300$ 3- The 3d model for the building is set and you will need to create that off of photos. so YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW MAKE MODELS. 4- DELIVERABLE NEEDS TO BE IN RHINO5 OR 3DSMAX 2013 4- PAYMENTS will be created in 3 sessions, 100$ each. Upon receiving the first set of screenshots of the progress i will release the milestone, second one will be after you are almost finished with the project and AS SOON AS I RECEIVE THE ORIGINAL FILE i will release the money. ( do not want to have any gray areas of communication as it seemed my other freelancer did not understand the meaning of creating and releasing the milestones) After this phase if i like the job, we will move to more details and renderings and site analysis with of course more money coming your way.
