Full detailed Sketch-up model required from a full set of 2D drawings required. The project is a 5000 ft2 house on a .35acre canal side site with water to the South and West. I require a detailed sketch-up model that will be used for views and fly throughs to show the client. The model has to be accurate and will include: - Doors and window to the sizes shown. - interior walls and doors - interior baseboards and architraves - interior fixed cabinetry to the main living space (one shelving unit) - kitchen cabinets and appliances - master suite bathroom fixtures only - roof rafters to the sizes shown - all exterior landscaping and decking / pool etc - sea wall and docks - INTERIOR OF GARAGE DOES NOT NEED TO BE MODELLED - interior of bathrooms/shower rooms (except master suite) DOES NOT need to modelled - service spaces above Eastern wing DO NOT NEED TO BE MODELLED The model needs to be completed quickly. I attach the 2D drawings and some previous views that have been completed. The models used for these are inaccurate and I am therefore starting again.
