Tasks that I can complete for this project I will create a 3d model, I will texture it, I will add lighting, and after then I will bake the texture and render to the texture so finally we will have a building with lights applied ( but originally there would be no lights on the files ) ( as we will use render to texture , that will include shadows and all in texture ) After then I can provide you the fbx files and that you can easily upload on browser Short , quick and simple.
