Hire a 3D Animator

We have a existing iges file for a 3D stainless steel tubular Christmas tree structure that we are building. I would like to visualize lighting options. We will need to add lights (per my design) and then animate the lighting effects. There will be two visual environments: (1) A walk-around with 3D views of the lighted/animated tree only, from any perspective. (2) Lighted and animated tree views, from a single perspective, with a city photo for background. You will be working with sketches, images, 3D iges files, and photographs for reference. I need the project completed in 1 week or sooner.
