We are a development company and will require renders done for each project. one exterior render of our multi-family project , focusing on the first building and the side entry onto the basement. Exterior image 01 shows the general angle. The focus is on the side entry and its patio outdoor living space which is very small. I have attached a red pen mark of where the camera needs to be generally.
I have attached a sample render (render quality) of the minimum quality level we would like and the current side entry render(exterior 03) that is not good enough for marketing use. the plants look dead, and the lighting and set up of outdoor furniture does not make the little patio feel inviting. The previous render person did not understand to move the camera angle and set up the image in a visually appealing [login to view URL] I put it to you to move the camera to the other side of the building where you can manipulate the landscaping and extend it in order to make the view seem larger. I have attached the construction drawings for you to create the first building and duplicate it for the background buildings. Also note that the exterior render 01 shows the driveway color and the street color the same which is not realistic and the curbs are missing. Also the landscape rock looks very 2d and requires more dimension. The driveways are sloped, the buildings sit about 3 feet above the road. We need someone with an eye for design style to know how to make an image look appealing. someone who knows how to change lighting and when to move plants around etc. There is a concrete stair on this end of the site, however, if you need to not include it in the image to make the patio look better then do so. The patio will have a small bistro table set, BBQ and 24"x24" concrete paver tiles with rock in between like the render [login to view URL] is a high concrete wall at the back of the building which would be covered in a vine or have plants/bushes in front of it. you choose, but the previous render done had a thick ivy vine growing, which did not look good. There is a concrete path from the driveway to the patio.
