developing game animation(2D/3D) and UI design

This project is developing 2d/3d modeling and animation of hand motion in web game and game UI design which will be developed in Cocos 2d engine. Total duration of animation is 3 min.(180 sec). Please refer to attached story borad and hand motion process doc. for hand motion Game UI design is 2d only and hand motion need to be developed in 2d and 3d both. position and number of pebbles will be given in coordinate from our probability engine. So need to develop one layer for paddle between finger and palm UI reference will be given, but need to newly develop Whole budget for this project is $ 500. and payment will be made as below. 1.
