Create a 2D Animation

I am looking for someone to make an HD animation similar to the link below: [login to view URL] This is for a music video. A full detailed brief/script will be supplied. Final animation will be around 3 minutes 40 seconds. I will expect the art/style of the animation to match closely the art/style of the example video. So only artists with experience in this style need bid. Though, if you can offer something better we will be interested. You must also supply examples of previous work in your bid. NOTE: Only freelancers, with appropriate budgets, time frames and examples of previous work will be shortlisted. Milestones are as follows (negotiable) - small milestone to begin - milestone after storyboard - milestone after 2.10min (or half animation) - final milestone/payment once completed to release final file MUST BE IN FULL HD FORMAT Looking forward to hearing from you!
