Create an Animation

Our project is currently running under code name CIRE, first letters of everyone on the teams name's.

This game has been and is a passion of everyone on the team; we want our freelancers to share the same passion. Everyone on the team will share all the details about the project if you are hired; however we can expect you to be passionate about something you know nothing about.

Project CIRE is a class/ability based 3rd person arena battler. Heavy focus on PvP and team play, with thoughts of adding PvE. Each class has it's own abilities and skills, and the arena's themselves have a lot going on. Not one of the levels are static, they all have moveable objects, dangerous traps and other surprises.

What do we need from you:

- Experienced in 3D Animation, both free hand and MoCap (You don't have to know both, we are mostly in need of a MoCap artist. However if you do know how to do free hand animation you'll have a much better chance of getting hired).

- Fast internet speed (we want you to be able to get source control pushes/pulls in a reasonable amount of time)

- Headset and microphone for voice communication. (We have meetings and you are expected to attended and be able to report on your progress)

- Positive attitude and ability to take a joke. (Our programmers will often hang out in voice chat even out of meetings, and they joke around with each other a lot. If you do choose to join the conversations with them please don't get offended, as they are purely joking.)

- Honesty. We are open to giving our freelancers the choice to work by the hour instead of by project. So we expect you to be honest, not only with your work but also about your skills. Plagiarism/lying about what you know WILL NOT be tolerated.

- Good communication skills

- Ability to have fun! The team often plays games together after the work shift or after a meeting. Of course this is not required, but it is a great way to get to know the team! We do however require you to play test CIRE during our daily play test.

NOTE: If you are in state and do not wish to be remote and would rather work in our studio you have to be able to get to work in less than 30 minutes. Have a reliable method of transport, be over the age of 21 (this only applies to those that want to work in the studio), you almost must pass a drug test and get a back ground check.

Required Software and equipment(we don't provide this software nor equipment unless you work in-studio):

- 3DS Max or Maya

- Unreal Engine 4.14

- Unreal ART tools.

- P4V

- Working headset and microphone.

- Good computer (Recommended Specs: i7, 16Gb of RAM or better, 1060 GPU or better) NOTE: If your computer does not meet our minimum specs you may not get hired. [Minimum specs: at least a i5 or better, 8Gb of RAM or better, 750 Ti GPU]

- Discord and Skype/Google Hangouts (either Skype or hangouts will work) NOTE: Skype/Google Hangouts is only required if you are a out-of-state freelancer. Discord is required regardless.

- Dual monitors. A single monitor limits your productivity and can really slow you down. We will not rule you out if you only have one, but we will look more favorably towards people that do have at least two. We recommend three.

We are a small team working on a large project. Everyone on the team either has quit their day jobs to work on this project. We are expecting the same level of dedication from our free lancers. We don't want someone that will treat this as a paycheck. You will get paid of course, but we are looking for people that want to be apart of our amazing team. If you are just looking for short, cash grab jobs than this is not the team for you. Ultimately we would want you to stay on the team after the game is released. Any freelancer is welcome to apply for a full time position after they've been with us for at least three months.

NOTE: If you are hired, you must sign an NDA before you are allowed to begin work.
