Convert drawings into 3D models in CAD

I have two designs that I need converted into 3D designs in Autocad. I have uploaded my drawings The Bottom Section is a bowl-shaped design. It is circular with a total diamater of 90mm and a total height of 25mm. The images I have provided is a cross-cut of the bowl and a top view. The Top Section drawing is designed to go over the top of the Bottom Section. There are 4 tabs that fit down the side of the Bottom Section and sit on the Bottom Section Lip. Where there are no tabs, there will be a gap of 3mm between the Top Section and the Bottom Section. Further modifications may be required after the design has been created, and the person who wins this bid will be the person who I will get to make those modifications. I am happy to provide further details if required
