Color Contact Lenses

I need an OCX or source code for a program that will take an image of a persons face and then give the ability to change the color of the eyes. This is a very difficult project and I hope that someone has this code sitting around that I can purchase. The OCX or code must be able to accurately change the color of the eyes every time. This will require an eye detection algorithm or you can have it when the user clicks in the eye. Let you know your thoughts on this program. I would prefer a VB OCX with API calls to do the proper processing, but a C++ OCX would be fine as long as it can be plugged into a VB App. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The code must be compatible with windows XP. I don't think there are many changes to the Bmp API's accross the windows platforms.
