Do some 3D Modelling

My company manufactures agricultural lights and i need some 3D rendering, simple modeling done of these facilities. i typically receive a 2D floor plan and layout the lights and racks that they will be on with 2D shapes. i want to take my presentation to next level with some simple 3D modeling with pictures and possibly video. i have attached: a sample of a 2D layout a picture of what a facility looks like, most importantly i need a rendering of the racks and will want to put some form of plant life on the racks under the lights a spec sheet of my light fixture with dimensions if you do a good job this will be a on going thing, possibly 4 to 10 layouts per week. once you contact me i will send over a simple layout 12ft. x 40ft. with two or three levels of racks with plants under them, showing a rendering of my lights, will go over details later.
