Create an Animation

Hi there, I am in need of a 2d game animator who can animate some characters I already have in psd files that are all layered, for my app that I am creating. You need to have excellent knowledge, skill, creativity regarding animations to do this work. The animations aren't complex to do but they all need to be unique in some way from one another. I have attached an image of the type of characters that will need to be animated. I have approx. 50-52 different character sets each all containing 3 different versions of a character ie. Baby, Teen and Adult. The teen and adult characters look very similar and in turn will have almost identical animations/effects. The baby characters will need to be animated in a cute way when it moves. The animations will consist of a flying, walking and a breathing/idle animation and a special animation for when the character gets selected in the game (more of a unique personality animation, more information can be given for the type of animation once communication has been established). All these animations for the different characters will need to be animated uniquely from one another in some way. More information will be given once I have shortlisted some freelancers and have had a chat about it with them. So I have approx. 50-52 character sets each consisting of 3 versions of a character and each character will need to have 4 types of animations for them (Flying, Walking, Breathing/Idle & a unique Personality animation). You need to have excellent communication skills eg. Excellent English speaking and punctuality when it comes to responses. I take communication seriously and I feel if there is excellent communication it gets work done more smoothly and easier for both of us. My budget for this work is approx $2,700 AUD give or take but can be negotiable depending on what is discussed. If you have any questions please let me know.
