QA/DevOps engineer long term - Web, mobile, standalone code, manual and automation

We are looking to add a full time person to our team to help with QA across a lot of projects and systems. We need someone that can quickly understand what the systems/sites/apps do and then come up with a proper approach for testing. For websites -Visual QA, Content QA, responsive, browser stack, forms testing (manual) -Automation with browserstack and selenium for automating form submissions -Load testing -Review API responses, postman, curl etc... For apps -Code review and unit testing, automation, manual testing using bitrise releases as well as testing releases from testflight and the google store equivalent. -Testing upgrades as well as new installs and ensuring data does whats needed when upgrading General We need more help on a technical level testing against unplanned things that arent considered when the developers are coding the ideal scenario. In something like CVS upload we have to test against people doing weird stuff like spaces, wrong or missing columns, leading spaces, bad characters and a ton of other weird things that happen in the real world. We are looking for someone that can think about "how do i break this" instead of how can i confirm the happy path is working. Daily you would be on slack with our PM's and developers. Everyone is nice and it will work well if you can keep a stable internet, fast slack communication, and the occasional phone call.
